- Attach a letter directly to the scope describing the problem.
- Include your complete name, address, and daytime phone number (with area code.) on the letter of explanation. Please print or type.
- Remove all rings and mounts and return only the scope.
- Pad the scope in a sturdy box for shipping and insure it for your own protection. We suggest UPS or Insured Parcel Post.
- Remit $6.00 by check or money order with your scope to cover shipping and handling. Redfield does not ship COD.
- If charges are involved in repairing your scope, a cost estimate will be sent to you for approval before any repairs are made.
- Please allow approximately three weeks plus shipping time for the repaired scope to be returned.
